These two Eichler tracts were also built alongside the architects of Claude Oakland, Jones & Emmons, and Anshen + Allen. 

The larger of the two tracts, San Mateo Highlands, is nestled in the picturesque hills of southwest San Mateo, where a collection of Eichler homes has carved a lasting presence on streets such as Lexington Avenue, Yorktown Road, and Bunker Hill Drive.

In the heart of San Mateo, the second Eichler enclave emerges as Nineteenth Avenue Park, which pulsates with the distinct Eichler character. Joseph Eichler himself orchestrated the development of this tract, which comprises over 200 Eichler homes.
