A house commissioned for the developer himself offers a different perspective on the Eichler legacy. Here, the familiar language of exposed structure, broad glass, and outdoor living unfolds in a custom residence. The Boyenga Team’s Compass profile confirms Eric and Janelle’s representation and sale of Joseph Eichler’s personal residence. The team’s published Atherton history records its return to the market in 2024 after nearly six decades of ownership by the same family.
