Design
Buildings face motor courts and shared green space, with concrete block, wood beams and walls of glass at both ends of each unit. The grounds include a pool, playground and paths.
History
Resident Ken Kratz led the National Register nomination over about two years and roughly 1,000 hours of work, producing a 77-page report. Pomeroy West, across the street, followed in 1963 with 138 condominium units.
